How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $9, and orders of $65 or more ship free. Faster options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to update.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Log in to your account, select the order and submit a return request, or email info@caretacmed.com. Returns need approval before you send them back.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes. Use the Bulk / Custom Orders form and we'll reply with pricing within one business day.

Do you offer a military or first responder discount?

Yes. Eligible military, law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel can verify through GovX for special pricing on select kits.

Are your products HSA/FSA eligible?

Many first aid supplies, including first aid kits and wound care items, are generally eligible for HSA and FSA spending. Eligibility depends on your plan, so check with your plan administrator. You can pay with your HSA/FSA card at checkout. If the card is declined, pay with another card and submit your order receipt to your plan for reimbursement.
